We offer our guests a frequently changing a la carte menu and source all ingredients locally to provide seasonal, fresh, quality cuisine. Our dishes are meant to be shared, but you can play it solo, too.
One of our core values is respect for our environment. We must use only products made in Portugal. The restaurant exclusively works with local and organic farms for meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits. We know every farm we’re working with to ensure we get premium products grown sustainably for our customers. Some of our producers include Terramay and A Cerquinha.
Our Chef, Rafael Amsler, is very sensitive to the “No waste” concept for tasty and sophisticated cuisine. Clément will host you with the highest attention and will be there for your needs and requests.
If you have any doubts about some of our dishes, please feel free to contact Clément and ask any questions, especially if you are intolerant or allergic to a specific food.
You can also trust the host to advise you on how to best pair your food with organic and natural beverages. VDB Bistronomie serves natural and bio-dynamic wines or craft beers. There will be something to suit your tastes for sure.
Opening hours:
Wednesday to Friday 7 pm to midnight
Saturday + Sunday for lunch from 12 pm to 3 pm, and dinner 7 pm to midnight.
